Italian Chicken Meatballs

These Italian chicken meatballs are definitely a family favorite in my house. They are so easy and delicious. You can even double the recipe to freeze and pull out for a night that you are feeling lazy or are low on time! Having a quick and easy protein is key for busy families!

Add 1.5 lbs of Ground Chicken to a bowl, then add in 1/2 packet of Good Seasons Italian seasoning , 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic, 1 cup parmesan cheese, 1 cup bread crumbs, 2 eggs.

Mix all ingredients together until combined.

Using a cookie scoop – or anything that will give you a consistent amount, scoop the mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 30ish minutes. Be sure the middle of the meatball is at 165 degrees before removing from the heat!

Serve with red sauce (we love Rao’s) or an Alfredo sauce – either is equally as delicious!! With noodles, as a meatballs sandwich, along side a crispy garden salad with garlic bread – okay, now I’m hungry. ENJOY!!
