Three Ingredient S’mores Chow

This three ingredient s’mores chow recipe is all of the deliciousness of s’mores without the bonfire, and honestly just all around easier! It is the easiest, most addicting snack mix to set out your next get-together!

“Hey you want a s’more?.” “Some more of what?!” NAME THAT MOVIE! (The Sandlot, if you were struggling)

You’ll just need three simple ingredients. A box of Golden Grahams, 5 or 6 Hersheys chocolate bars (depending on how chocolatey you’d like it) and a bag of mini marshmallows.

To start, preheat your oven to the lowest it will go. For me, that is 170 degrees. **Don’t bake this too high, your chocolate will bake too fast and won’t melt properly!*

Start by lining your sheet pan with parchment paper – this makes for muchhhhh easier clean up! Then place the cereal in an even layer on top of the parchment paper.

Once the cereal is on the pan, sprinkle the mini marshmallows on top in an even layer.

Then, on top of the mini marshmallows, add the broken pieces of Hershey’s bars in an even layer on top. You could probably use milk chocolate chocolate chips instead to save you some time, but I just love the flavor or Hershey’s bars!

Once all three ingredients are on the pan, place the sheet in the oven and bake for 5-8 minutes. Until the chocolate is melty looking.

Once the chocolate is melty, remove from the oven and *gently* toss the mixture (I used this spatula) so the chocolate creates clumps of deliciousness. Don’t over-mix!

Once your three ingredient S’mores chow looks like this, let cool on the counter. I eventually like to put mine in an air-tight container in the fridge. It allows the chocolate to set up beautifully!

Your end product should look like this:

I mean come on, 10/10!!!! I promise you, everyone will be reaching for this three ingredient s’mores chow every time they pass by it!
And honestly, this would be DIVINE added to some homemade vanilla ice cream *chef’s kiss*.
